The main purpose of the Inclusion Beer Project is to support members of the craft beer community in forming Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committees and initiatives, because we view that as the most essential step to recognizing entrenched social structures, having the hard conversations, nurturing opportunities where few exist, and beginning to enact real change. But where does one start? The following resources are intended to lay out clear steps and provide useful guidance to help participants form DE&I initiatives within their organizations.
